About Your Coach

I’m Gopalakrishna Bhat.
At the age of 13, I learned “Transendental Meditation” from Maharshi Maheshi Yogi and practiced it for two years.  Later, I trained under Rishi Prabhakar Guruji in Siddha Samādhi Yoga programs.
Since 2008, Yoga Nidra has been my lifelong practice.

Over the last 28 years, I’ve helped more than 10,000 people build happier, healthier lives — free from stress and mental struggle. Today, I lead the “Sarvasamriddhi Yoganidra Parivara” with 2,000+ active online students. My mission is to bring medicine-free wellness to 25,000+ people in the next five years.
