I’m Gopalakrishna Bhat. At the age of 13, I learned “Transendental Meditation” from Maharshi Maheshi Yogi and practiced it for two years. Later, I trained under Rishi Prabhakar Guruji in Siddha Samādhi Yoga programs. Since 2008, Yoga Nidra has been my lifelong practice.
